Philips BLB (Black Light Blue) lamps for counterfeit money detector. A UV detector verifies the UV marks on authentic notes by shining black light blue ultraviolet light (BLB lights) onto the bills.
UV marks those are created by the use of non-visible dyes re only visible under BLB UV light. UV printed notes glow when subjected to the Black Light Blue UV light, then the bank note is expected to be authentic.
